To install a language pack simply copy all files of languages/english folder and rename it in your language name, edit all files in your language and paste this folder to the languages/ directory. In the module "languages" from your administrationpanel and click on "Install". The language will be automatically displayed to all users.

Ok. I am describing.

If you want to install vietnam language follow step by step -
1] make a "vietnam" folder in "languages" folder.
2] In "languages" folder you can see a folder named "english". Copy all files of "english" folder to "vietnam" folder.
3] Now, open all "lng" files using notpad or ms-frontpage and edit in your language which are qouted in " " .

Now, login as an admin from administrationpanal. Click "Language" icon. You can see "vietnam" on it. Click "install". The language will be automatically displayed to all users.
